THE COMPANY:

Design Instincts Associates Limited commenced business as a sole proprietorship in 2001 as Design Instincts. The Company became a Limited Liability Company in May 2010 after registering with the Corporate Affairs Commission and adopting its present name. The company subsequently obtained a practice approval from The Architects Registration Council Of Nigeria (ARCON) authorizing the company to carry out the business of Architecture within Nigeria.
